Brentwood is an attractive area because of its luxury real estate. From estate homes located around beautiful farmland to quiet residential streets tucked inside golf communities, Brentwood’s housing options are vast and impressive. The city is also home to magnificent architectural designs and styles like Mediterranean, Spanish, Georgian, Modern, Pueblo, Contemporary, Colonial, French, Craftsman, Victorian, and more. Local Lifestyle

The local lifestyle of Brentwood is active and outdoorsy. Many residents enjoy visiting local parks and golfing, which is widely loved and appreciated at Brentwood’s golf community, The Governors Club. Nearby lake access makes this small suburban town appealing to residents who enjoy water sports and fishing. Brentwood is home to wonderful shops and restaurants, but its central location close to Downtown Nashville means even more opportunities for retail, dining, and entertainment.

Dining, Entertainment & Shopping

Brentwood is home to a one-of-a-kind culinary scene. Although there are many notable dining options in the area, there’s nothing quite like Puffy Muffin, Mere Bulles, Amerigo, and Judge Beans BBQ. Start your morning on the right foot with a fresh breakfast from Puffy Muffin. This restaurant and bakery has some of the best pastries in town. Mere Bulles Restaurant is known for its plantation-style house, extensive wine list, and incredible Southern fare. Amerigo Italian Restaurant is Brentwood's Italian hot spot, with a full bar and laid-back atmosphere, while Judge Beans BBQ is the town’s go-to spot for fresh and flavorful barbeque created in a lively saloon with live music and sports games on every television.

As for retail, you'll find most locals purchasing gifts for loved ones at Hot Pink, browsing Hill Center Brentwood’s numerous stores, or buying a new fashion piece for their wardrobe at Hemline.

Things to Do

Brentfest Family Festival and Cheekwood Harvest are must-visits in Brentwood. The Brentfest Family Festival is in June and celebrates the return of summer with food trucks, a Kid's Zone, a beer garden, live music, and more. Cheekwood Harvest attracts hundreds of locals every fall to its autumn-themed festival with pumpkin houses, decorated gardens, live music, and more.

Nature enthusiasts head to Radnor Lake State Park. Not only does the aquatic destination house miles of stunning lake waters perfect for boating, kayaking, and more, but the nearby grounds also feature unpaved hiking trails that venture through the dense forests surrounding the lake.
