Long before other agencies came up with the “concierge” experience, Danielle was creating custom plans to elevate and expedite the needs of her sellers.

In order to sell your home, Danielle prefers to begin with the face-to-face consultation.  This initial meeting is pressure-free, a true get to get to know one another, where Danielle will find out why you are looking to sell and tour your home. During the meeting, expect Danielle to take pictures and notes, that will help her put together your sales plan.

Research and consideration are the names of the pricing game.  Danielle will review her notes, look at comparables and evaluate the current market in your community.

Once a price is determined, Danielle and her team will get started planning and marketing. If you have a unique home, Danielle will create an equally unique marketing strategy. This is one of Danielle’s favorite steps in the selling experience.

If your home needs a little extra professional help, Danielle’s team has a list of vendors available to help with painting, cleaning, repairs, landscaping, and more.  If funds are an issue, not to worry.  Danielle offers to pay vendors directly for you, so there is no initial out-of-pocket cost.  The cost of these services will then be deducted from your proceeds at closing.

Danielle has a Bachelor of Arts in Design & Marketing, so it is no surprise that making homes beautiful and selling them is second nature.  Back before HGTV came along, Danielle started prepping her clients homes for the marketplace.  Each home is unique, and so what happens here varies, but Danielle offers complimentary home staging and de-cluttering services to all of her clients. This free service is a favorite of Danielle’s clients.
